A New You Mobile Fitness Training is all about convenience, consistency and comfort. It's about focusing on you! We make fitness easy and affordable by coming to your home or office to guide you through an exciting, effective workout on your own schedule.

Through our unique programs you will achieve results far beyond your expectations. No feeling out of place beside muscle-bound regulars at the gym or training in the public eye. It's just you and your trainer working together in the privacy of your own space.

This means you are able to concentrate on your very own, individually-tailored program based on your needs and goals. Your trainer is with you every step of the way -- demonstrating movements, inspiring you, answering your questions, monitoring your progress, and adjusting your program as your needs change and your abilities grow.

Your personal training program includes:
A complete fitness analysis. We establish where you are with respect to your current health and physical ability and discuss where you want to be as a result of your program.
An individually designed fitness plan to make your fitness goals a reality.
An education to last a lifetime. We want you to be able to keep making progress toward your goal and to maintain your success after you've reached your goals.
Fitness progress reports to objectively show you just how far you have come in your physical transformation.

We bring the equipment to you.

Your training will include a variety of workout sessions to keep your body progressing, including free weights, stability ball training, medicine ball training, tubing, and so on.

We also bring the workout mat, music, and everything else needed to make each session fun and challenging.

Each week you'll also receive coaching, information and handouts on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and and expert advice on workout techniques.

You can train as often or a little as you like.
Obviously for maximum results we recommend training 3x per week. But if your budget and time only allow for 2 sessions per week, you'll see results as each session builds on the last and we constantly change your routine to keep your body working hard and your strength and muscle toning progressing. As your abilities increase, we're able to program more challenging and fun sessions. No one said working out had to be boring.
